This mural is a total room experience. When you enter the bathroom of this couple, you enter an under-sea adventure. Behind the toilet you'll even see Jaws great white rising to the surface! This ceiling is a beautiful wood slat surface, so it worked out that it looked like the bottom view of a dock. Took a long time, but totally worth it!

Below is a ceiling that I painted in my own bedroom. It was a small apartment, so I did this to brighten and open up the room. I love those beachy high-pitched roofs so my choice was that style, made of tin and leaving a skylight rectangle at the highest/center point. I measured and marked everything off and used metalic paint for the tin. It was so cool to lay in bed and look up through what seemed to be a window to the sky.

These next two are another total room experience. It was done as a jungle-type setting with a bamboo shelter over the bed area. The jungle-guide in this case was the child's grandmother, who lived far away.
